Job Description

To protect and enhance the PwC brand it is important that the member firms operate in accordance with the standards of the PwC network. Quality is central to that brand. The Global Risk and Quality (R and Q) group promotes and delivers quality and manages risk

  • and does these things consistently. PwC people have a personal responsibility to deliver distinctive quality and to do the right thing. To meet the needs of a Network that operates across the globe, R and Q works with the Office of General Counsel (OGC) and works on a territory, regional, cluster, line of service and cross line of service basis.

The Network Monitoring and Governance (NMG) team is a pillar within Global Risk Management and as such supports delivery of the Network Review Program as well as key projects such as global training and support for territories across a wide variety of areas.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Working within a professional services industry;

  • Working in a global networked, decentralized decision-making environment;

  • Contributing efficiently to the development of projects in order to successfully deliver results within the organization;

  • Applying understanding in the translation of strategic business goals into operational strategies and work plans with emphasis on business process improvement, data quality, and data integration;

  • Understanding strategic priorities and communicating measurable findings to identify issues;

  • Managing risks and expectations in the project management space;

  • Utilizing project resources while keeping the project on schedule, within scope, and within budget;

  • Conceptualizing, planning, analyzing, and implementation phases of operational tasks and projects;

  • Maintaining tracking metrics and providing appropriate reporting;

  • Managing a portfolio of projects that support NMG and the wider Global Risk Management organization;

  • Providing budget support across all areas of responsibility;

  • Integrating solutions with communications and training;

  • Envisioning, planning, analyzing, and implementing phases of operational tasks and projects;

  • Managing a portfolio of projects within the Risk Management space;

  • Providing budget support across all areas of responsibility; and,

  • Developing and expanding knowledge of project management through training and self-study.

  • Monitoring the project performance, scope, schedule, financial and appropriate business measurements as set forth in the project charter;

  • Providing consultation to leadership on dependencies, gaps, and overlaps between business requirements and project schedules;

  • Utilizing computer skills including advanced efficiency with Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Microsoft Project;

  • Communicating both orally and written to probe for information, communicate with impact and empathy; and,

  • Utilizing organizational and interpersonal skills, in order to manage multiple priorities.
