Our Total Rewards team plays an important role in supporting the attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent for the Firm. As part of the team, you’ll help develop and administer our total rewards programme by focusing on areas such as competitive benchmarking, tax and regulatory compliance, and incentive design and linkage to performance management.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in human resources policies and practices, preferably within a professional services environment, including, but not limited to, the following areas related to the internal operations of a global network of professional services firms:

  • Understanding the firm's total rewards strategy and initiatives, especially as it relates to and in conjunction with the Firm's structure, LOS reporting and financial structure;

  • Establishing that the firm has competitive yet cost effective reward policies and practices;

  • Implementing the firm’s compensation strategy leveraging tools and industry leading practices;

  • Advising firm leadership on trends in the areas of compensation and on the current pay rates for given job categories;

  • Overseeing budgetary management, applying accounting principles and procedures;

  • Demonstrating thorough technical knowledge of compensation;

  • Developing and helping implement complex compensation exhibits and fiscal year budgetary changes;

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to partners/leaders focused on compensation and salary trends;

  • Advising Human Capital professionals on compensation strategy and salary administration;

  • Teaming with and influencing various internal and external groups, emphasizing client-service orientation and attention to detail with project delivery to exceed client expectations;

  • Utilizing software to create and analyze data through compensation models, analyze data and reports, and draft summary reports, leveraging data visualization tools like tableau, and other related firm-issued tools;

  • Making routine decisions in accordance with policies and procedures;

  • Possessing advanced technical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx and Excel;

  • Overseeing thorough data analysis and presentation of findings;

  • Contributing through innovative thinking and learning that can be converted into viable enhancements and new processes;

  • Striving for continued learning, particularly as it relates to digital upskilling;

  • Collaborating well within a high performing team;

  • Leading by building strong relationships with team members and contributing to a positive working environment;

  • Seeking guidance, clarification and feedback, and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues proactively;

  • Contributing to the development of personal and team’s general technical acumen;

  • Keeping current with local and national business and economic issues as it relates to compensation and human resource matters and actively sharing knowledge with the team;

  • Demonstrating experience in global compensation and benefits;

  • Understanding of global compensation regulations and some knowledge of proper governance and compliance in regards to local labor laws for one or more countries, such as India/China/Argentina/Manila;

  • Researching countries/regions specific compensation and benefit practices, trends, programs and regulations; and,

  • Coaching and developing other team members including providing timely written and verbal feedback.
