Job Description

Our Risk Assurance Digital and Intelligent Automation professionals are a team of business integrators with extensive consulting and industry experience who help clients solve their complex business issues from strategy through execution. We solve our clients' business issues using enabling automation technologies to support continuous compliance across enterprise risk, surveillance, controls, and data/information sources.

Enabling technologies include GRC (governance, risk and compliance) solutions, ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, data analytics and dashboards, third party risk systems, document management and monitoring/surveillance tools. While many today remain focused on the implications of the digital revolution and its impact on customer expectations and behavior, one technological innovation is Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and/or other business field of study.

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success understanding underlying client business problems including the following areas:

  • Developing RPA technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations; and,

  • Leveraging hands on experience with the implementation of Robotic and Intelligent Process Automation tools, such as Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, UIPath, and Workfusion.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success learning and performing in functional and technical capacities, including the following areas:

  • Leveraging knowledge of RPA implementations, including strategy design, business case development, governance, and risk;

  • Demonstrating knowledge of economics of RPA ecosystem, including

licensing arrangements and various deployment models;

  • Demonstrating experience with broader business process reengineering efforts such as Lean, workflow design, etc.;

  • Performing as a team leader by creating a positive environment and monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;

  • Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and,

  • Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
