Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4 years of experience, preferably in an agency-like environment
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and success in roles, preferably in a digital advertising agency, with the following:
Managing several different projects at once, including delegating, scheduling work, and ensuring that deliverables are produced in a timely manner and with the degree of quality promised;
Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, proactively providing guidance, clarification and feedback, and completing work in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner;
Ensuring all work is assigned in the Studio based on staffâ€™s strengths and skills, creating a workflow structure, compiling and reviewing daily work schedule, meeting deadlines, and updating all involved departments with project status;
Identifying and prioritizing needs, delivering clear requests for information, and demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;
Interacting and utilizing effectively written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with firm staff and/or management, including building solid relationships with Creative leaders, in a professional services business environment;
Collaborating, as needed, to produce deliverables for new business and client presentations, while demonstrating extensive awareness of Firm and stakeholder standards;
Engaging in teamwork dynamics as a team leader, including understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, and remaining current on industry trends and technology;
Fostering innovation among members of Studio, as well as recommending team training opportunities and attending educational seminars upon request;
Understanding of all industry technical requirements. Demonstrates extensive level of knowledge of design and production software (Adobe Creative Cloud) and knowledge of project management software.
Demonstrates extensive ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in various forms and deal with several variables at once, while exhibiting meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrates extensive ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to troubleshoot and solve problems. Demonstrates extensive ability and/or a proven record of success overseeing and supervising work of all team members, working closely to mentor them and develop their skills, emphasizing performance in a team environment. Demonstrates extensive ability interacting with firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment, emphasizing the development and maintenance of relationships with key executives. Demonstrates extensive ability and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, supervising and motivating team members to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; participating in various staff recruitment and retention activities; and coaching staff, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
This role would be located in one of the Experience Center cities.
