Job Description

Our growing Technology, Media and Telecommunication industry team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients around the world anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. TMT serves clients in the following industries: Technology, Media and Telecommunication.

Our Customer consultants help clients to shape their businesses through customer experiences – building bridges between digital and analog, delivering personal and contextual experiences powered by technology and analytics, and driving the total experience by engaging the customer, product, partner and employee experiences.

We use our capabilities in Experience Design, Marketing, Sales, Service, Pricing and Customer Analytics to help our clients better understand the customer, generate sustainable growth and expanded market share, and be always on in an experience economy.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4 years of experience, preferably in an agency-like environment

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and success in roles, preferably in a digital advertising agency, with the following:

  • Managing several different projects at once, including delegating, scheduling work, and ensuring that deliverables are produced in a timely manner and with the degree of quality promised;

  • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, proactively providing guidance, clarification and feedback, and completing work in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner;

  • Ensuring all work is assigned in the Studio based on staff’s strengths and skills, creating a workflow structure, compiling and reviewing daily work schedule, meeting deadlines, and updating all involved departments with project status;

  • Identifying and prioritizing needs, delivering clear requests for information, and demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;

  • Interacting and utilizing effectively written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with firm staff and/or management, including building solid relationships with Creative leaders, in a professional services business environment;

  • Collaborating, as needed, to produce deliverables for new business and client presentations, while demonstrating extensive awareness of Firm and stakeholder standards;

  • Engaging in teamwork dynamics as a team leader, including understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, and remaining current on industry trends and technology;

  • Fostering innovation among members of Studio, as well as recommending team training opportunities and attending educational seminars upon request;

  • Understanding of all industry technical requirements. Demonstrates extensive level of knowledge of design and production software (Adobe Creative Cloud) and knowledge of project management software.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in various forms and deal with several variables at once, while exhibiting meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrates extensive ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to troubleshoot and solve problems. Demonstrates extensive ability and/or a proven record of success overseeing and supervising work of all team members, working closely to mentor them and develop their skills, emphasizing performance in a team environment. Demonstrates extensive ability interacting with firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment, emphasizing the development and maintenance of relationships with key executives. Demonstrates extensive ability and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, supervising and motivating team members to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; participating in various staff recruitment and retention activities; and coaching staff, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

This role would be located in one of the Experience Center cities.
