Demonstrates extensive abilities in consulting and strategic experience within the Healthcare Payer and Provider industries.

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities helping companies define and evaluate digital and technology strategies and investment portfolios, reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers. Specific areas of focus include:

  • Digital Strategy;

  • CRM Strategy;

  • Technology Strategy; and,

  • Data & Analytics Strategy.

Demonstrates extensive leadership, strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, individual initiative, and the following:

  • Possessing the ability to identify digital health trends and develop strategic solutions;

  • Conducting market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights;

  • Having exposure to CRM solutions and understanding of their applicability from marketing, sales, and service perspectives;

  • Leading customer segmentation, persona development, journey maps and identifying business and technology capability and solutions needs;

  • Understanding of human-centered design principles;

  • Leading and designing agile solution delivery models including definition of people, process and technology dimensions;

  • Managing a team to a successful project conclusion; and,

  • Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships.

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities to understand business strategies; design solutions that provide business and technology implementation road maps and technology architecture recommendations; and develop project phases and program plans. Proven success leading teams and expertise in:

  • Business architectures (i.e. Knowledge or Information Architecture, Process Architecture, Organization Architecture, or Products and Services Offering Architecture) and Operations used to support creating client-driven transformation solutions throughout the transformation lifecycle (i.e. Strategy and Analysis; Business Case Development; Design; Construction; Implementation; Operations and Support);

  • Core business solutions within industries–EHR, CRM, population health management, etc.;

  • Collaboration with Enterprise Architects to create strategic roadmaps, principles, standards and reference architectures;

  • Engagement with business executives to define business strategy, capabilities, and future-state business architecture;

  • Evaluation of business architecture structures from business capability to process to organization;

  • Guidance provided to PMO to develop project level requirements and establish compliance with business architecture, enterprise and functional area strategic roadmaps; and,

  • Alignment with internal teams to verify budget and resource commitment to support roadmaps (via architecture dependencies and prioritization).

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a record of success managing and executing the following areas:

  • Identify and address client needs, build relationships with clients, develop an awareness of Firm services;

  • Communicate with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;

  • Deliver clear requests for information;

  • Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;

  • Communicate and manage potential conflicts;

  • Develop strategy as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently to all levels of industry audiences, clients, internal staff and management, documenting effectively, using non-technical business terms and vocabulary that will be clearly understood by all users and co-workers;

  • Coordinating, facilitating and making presentations;

  • Develop models (conceptual, logical, physical, as-built) for business and technology solutions;

  • Design and lead architecture engagements aligned to a client's business strategy;

  • Search and analyze large and complex data sets, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses;

  • Lead teams and work closely and harmoniously with both business users and IT personnel on projects; and,

  • Translate end state business and technology models into architectural blueprints.
