Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success leading efforts in consulting, designing, & implementing business process and technology solutions for gas and/or electric utility operations and asset management, including the following:
Demonstrate extensive abilities and a proven record of success designing Customer experience integrations with digital and self-service channels such as web, mobile and IVR.
Demonstrate intimate knowledge and abilities with functional and technical expertise and the ability to facilitate client discussions about SAP capabilities and business processes.
Expected to have utility industry experience in building and managing SAP integrations with on-premise and cloud applications.
Demonstrate extensive abilities and a proven record of designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on medium sized consulting engagements within the SAP Customer product suit.
Document the designs of the required APIs which will be a combination of SAP provided API connectors, new custom APIs, and repurposing of existing APIs.
Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, and quality requirements related to the required APIs. Provide thought leadership and guidance to the project team across Client and client technical developers/leads.
Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements and design the future state vision for integrating the SAP solution to a variety of external applications related to CRM, back-off ERP, and an Enterprise Integration Layer.
Create technical specifications and process flows for new or modified system integrations and processes based on Business needs and recommend changes to ensure continuous business process optimization
Work alongside the SAP functional team to ensure designs conform to the requirements and capabilities of the platform.
