A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long term revenue growth. Our Sales and Marketing Generalist – Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities with managing the identification and addressing internal and external marketing needs:

  • Collaborating effectively with Managers and Directors on strategic priorities and projects;

  • Generating ideas and supporting development of marketing tactics across a wide variety of functional areas of the marketing mix including: brand, digital and social marketing, collateral, email marketing, thought leadership and sales tools, events, etc., and support the strategy to tie these initiatives together using customer journey principles and marketing automation;

  • Supporting a data driven, integrated marketing strategy delivering results against strategic priorities that contribute to developing relationships, building and actively managing pipeline and increasing brand equity;

  • Supporting marketing impact reports including both a quantitative and qualitative analysis on how marketing programs contribute to impact on client relationships, the sales pipeline and brand awareness/equity;

  • Understanding Marketing and Sales functions, including Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Integrated Content, as well as a broad understanding of related functions and Segment/Sector client service offerings;

  • Showcasing experience in using targeting processes to help Segment leaders build a pipeline of new opportunities including sales/marketing collateral and responses to RFPs and RFIs;

  • Demonstrating experience in supporting the sales process and using customer relationship management skills and technology;

  • Leveraging knowledge of MS Excel and Google App suite tools (Sheets, Slides) required with willingness to learn additional analysis tools;

  • Illustrating hands on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud;

  • Conducting market research to analyze the competitive landscape, determine brand perceptions, and identify new opportunities;

  • Demonstrating attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • Using business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills;

  • Driving proven skills for basic project management, with the ability to keep project organized and on track;

  • Navigating complexity and ambiguity, while practicing resourcefulness to see things through;

  • Developing relationships with peers and leadership or subject matter experts; and,

  • Testing & learning, while embracing a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving.
