Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success in roles performing on cloud-based implementations. Specifically, the implementations will relate to a variety of solution areas, including: ESG, SOX/IR, GSR, and LDTI. The following skills are aligned with this position:

  • Exhibiting experience in risk management, compliance management, and/or enterprise governance as it relates to how technologies can be and are leveraged throughout organizations' internal audit, risk and compliance functions and processes, as well as the associated benefits that can be realized;

  • Working within integrated risk management (IRM) frameworks, especially as it relates to building a program or capabilities across an enterprise;

  • Utilizing technical components to an implementation (e.g. Architecture, Infrastructure, Middleware and Application Development);

  • Designing, reengineering, optimizing, and documenting financial, operational, technology, and business requirements, processes and workflow through stakeholder interviews, facilitated workshops, and analysis of client process documentation;

  • Designing, building, testing and deploying various solutions;

  • Designing, implementing and supporting business processes in a cloud based environment;

  • Creating, drafting, and refining core business foundational elements such as process, risk, and control frameworks stakeholder interviews, knowledge of industry leading practices and frameworks, facilitated workshops, and analysis of client process documentation;

  • Identifying sources of data, and designing integration approaches to share data between client and cloud based system;

  • Showcasing knowledge of proper technical documentation techniques to capture solution design and configuration to meet client SDLC requirements and satisfy client requirements in a hyper-agile development environment;

  • Understanding of access control, specifically role based access and inheritance of role and record based permissions: and,

  • Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success with performing on client projects/engagements, including the following areas:

  • Developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships, understanding a client's business and technology in order to identify, pursue, and ultimately obtain additional consulting opportunities.

  • Developing an awareness of Firm services;

  • Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;

  • Delivering clear requests for information;

  • Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;

  • Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor; and,

  • Identifying common issues facing PwC's clients of all Industries and Sectors.

Demonstrates proven thorough level of abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member by understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment , proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback, and providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff, including the following:

  • Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

  • Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,

  • Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
