Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with cloud-based applications and modules including:

  • Designing, implementing and supporting business processes in a Cloud environment;

  • Designing, building, testing and deploying various Cloud solutions;

  • Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets;

  • Experience in designing, reengineering, optimizing, and documenting financial, operational, technology, and business requirements, processes and workflow through stakeholder interviews, facilitated workshops, and analysis of client process documentation;

  • Providing functional specialization to troubleshoot production issues and testing enhancements within cloud applications; and,

  • Determining the root cause of incidents and making recommendations for prevention in the future.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with performing on client projects/engagements, including the following areas:

  • Building relationships with clients;

  • Developing an awareness of Firm services;

  • Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;

  • Delivering clear requests for information;

  • Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;

  • Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor; and,

  • Understanding the common issues facing PwC's clients of all Industries and Sectors.
