A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Our Visual Communications team determines how to visually represent PwC’s key strategic initiatives and business goals. You’ll help the team with corporate visual brand design, creative strategy development and media design ideas.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge of, and success in roles involving, studio management and operations for teams that deliver video and animation production within internal and external digital environments that directly reflect a business strategic, brand and marketing objectives (preferably within the professional services industry), which includes the following areas:

  • Utilization of industry-standard practices that involve visual arts and creative services management, video production and filmmaking, lighting, sound, camera operations and related equipment, video editing, archival methods, storage, workflows and related technologies;

  • Adobe Premiere Pro Creative Cloud nonlinear editing system in a shared storage environment;

  • Graphics and/or animation software and systems such as Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, and Adobe After Effects CC; and,

  • Advanced operation capabilities of nonlinear editing (NLE) systems, specifically to digitize media, create sequences, mix multiple tracks of video and audio, and output to tape, files, or DVD. – HTML and YouTube, as both a CMS and its features such as setting up annotations, managing messaging and channel design and metadata.

Demonstrates proven success and extensive abilities related to managing and operating production studios for teams that deliver video and animation production within internal and external digital environments that directly reflect a business strategic, brand and marketing objectives (preferably within the professional services industry), which includes the following areas:

  • Independently managing the operations of an in-house studio, assigning individual team responsibilities as needed (i.e., Camera Operator, Lighting/Gaffer, Editor) in support of one or more business communications efforts;

  • Influencing client stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes on all video productions;

  • Delivering content according to strict business brand and operational standards;

  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders, supplying accurate information for any necessary status and cost reports;

  • Establishing that video efforts are coordinated within a business enterprise-wide communications strategy;

  • Managing multiple complex video productions, including organizing workflow and prioritizing deadlines, and managing budgets for in-house studio operations, individual videos, and/or live programming productions; and,

  • Implementing and enforcing video guidelines and processes for national initiatives.
