In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates some abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member in the following areas:

  • Understanding and deploying existing processes & platforms to enable commercial aspects of digital product delivery;

  • Recommending alternative approaches to digital product delivery;

  • Identifying, recommending and deploying new processes & platforms to enable commercial aspects of digital product delivery including FlexID and SPT creation, WBS creation and management, Initial invoice Creation, incremental invoice creation including add ons, renewals, co-terming, year 2 invoicing;

  • Communicating with account teams on each client to generate activation date notices, AR aging, and upcoming renewals;

  • Processing new activations - FlexId, WBS, and final invoicing;

  • Providing feedback to sales and contracts team on opportunities to streamline and improve;

  • Collaborating with the Activation team and Success team at the start of deployment, and if necessary, customizing the approach for each client to assure a smooth process;

  • Collaborating with Operations Technology team to identify opportunities to automate any of the Commercial aspects using available PwC automation tools;

  • Utilizing previous experience with go to market strategy and planning, customer success or client service;

  • Applying proven program management skills and ability to self-direct work;

  • Communicating effectively and proven written skills;

  • Applying proven background in liaising with and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple groups, including senior stakeholders;

  • Utilizing experience managing multiple complex concurrent projects at once;

  • Utilizing experience with GFS, Rapid Engage, Client View, Google Suite, SPT, FlexForecast; and,

  • Applying interest and enthusiasm for transformation as a whole.
