Our Acceleration Center team is responsible for developing programs and initiatives directed at designing, developing, and implementing a robust Business Process Management Solutions Platform to enable effective scalability and sound management of PwC’s Acceleration Center operations on a worldwide scale.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts:

  • Managing programs and stakeholders across a global professional services partnership model, establishing aligned delivery capability with business demands for the Acceleration Centers via extensive collaborations with Partners and other on-shore and offshore, cross-territorial service delivery centers and multi-disciplinary teams, and vendors;

  • Establishing BPM solutions through common Acceleration Centers operating model and frameworks, providing support and garnering consensus on process improvement, change management, and business case development; and,

  • Directing multi-disciplinary teams of internal and external on-shore and off-shore professionals such as service delivery networks, IT, executives, etc., to develop and execute the lifecycle deployment and management of BPM tools and solutions, integrating business transformation principles, and human capital-related process and technology change and finance-related implications.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Directing large-scale projects involving Acceleration Centers frameworks, distributed global operations, and BPM technology to transform business and achieve operational delivery and management alignment through developed and managed collaborative relationships across all organizational levels, territories cross-culturally, and global on-shore and off-shore vendors and service delivery centers;

  • Analyzing and interpreting information gathered to develop and deliver findings and predictions, applying business deal structuring theory to Acceleration Centers and BPM solutions, and executing group facilitation and presentations;

  • Managing large, global, complex, multi-year programs leveraging MS Office Suite, Project, Visio and related technologies, as well as business requirements obtained via the deployment lifecycle, applying consistent innovation and creative design solutions for strategic business case development and process improvements in undefined or ambiguous environments, situations and complex problems;

  • Managing competing priorities within an agile and deadline-driven business environment;

  • Influencing and interacting with impact and empathy, while engaging primarily with global Partners and senior stakeholders to propose proactive solutions and garner strategic alignment via active negotiation and persuasion through an active lens of cultural dexterity on business solutions to further the Acceleration Centers BPM-related initiatives and programs;

  • Managing the Acceleration Centers program portfolios, including BPM technologies and process digitalization, automation and intelligent process features, and adoption of performance management based on balanced metrics, such as developing scorecards and related reporting, integrating performance management with processes and position descriptions;

  • Leading teams to generate a vision, establishing direction and motivating members, creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and encouraging improvement and innovation;

  • Building impactful and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a productive teamwork environment, leading teams to generate a vision, leveraging diverse views, and helping develop and grow team members throughout the course of every initiatives;

  • Exhibiting capability in thought leadership, while emphasizing new service development;

  • Managing and delivering significant business results that reflect strategic and creative thinking, and individual initiative;

  • Developing a business vision and leading complex projects while functioning at the highest levels of client organizations;

  • Identifying and addressing business needs while building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of business relationships;

  • Managing resource requirements, project workflow and budgets;

  • Communicating complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences; and,

  • Conducting and directing quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data.
