Demonstrating experience managing processes and controls for monitoring of risk/compliance and contract requirements including escalating risks and issues;
Demonstrating the ability to assess existing business processes to identify opportunities for process redesign and automation;
Demonstrating the ability to translate knowledge into the relevant business context and support their stakeholders and the business to achieve its objectives;
Demonstrating the ability to provide pragmatic solutions and direction without compromising compliance requirements or quality principles;
Managing multiple/concurrent project plans to drive projects to completion;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, building relationships and achieving results without a direct reporting relationship;
Driving change management and education/training to product teams;
Establishing the root causes of issues and tackling them, rather than just the symptoms;
Displaying analytical and organizational skills as well as effective oral/written communication skills;
Applying critical thinking skills, problem solving capabilities and a continuous learning mindset in a fast-paced environment;
Being an expert in storytelling, communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels;
