The Partner Talent Management, HC Operations, Quality and Partner Financial Matters pillar is a strategic partner to the Segment Leadership to drive strategy and execution of the partner talent lifecycle to include performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, strategic placement, and all partner Human Capital matters. The pillar serves as a centralized governance to ensure fairness & equity to our partners in the application of all policies related to areas of responsibility.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success within a role involving Human Capital Management Cloud Solutions in the talent management and operations/data management/finance space, preferably within the internal operations of a network of global professional services firms, including the following areas:

  • Serving as a trusted business advisor and foster deep working relationships with senior leaders, to provide strategic guidance to Partners, Segment leaders and other senior stakeholders;

  • Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to partners/leaders focusing on supporting their needs in the all areas;

  • Collaborating across the team and/or partners/leaders to identify opportunities to drive One Firm, equity and inclusion, and both develop and execute action plans across all areas;

  • Leveraging tools and technology proactively to digitize processes;

  • Performing analyses, developing queries and reports, while assessing the reasonability of results and drawing conclusions, updating exhibits and slides, and completing documentation;

  • Exhibiting financial and analytical problem solving skills, and executing to the high degree of accuracy and quality with respect to Partner strategic reporting;

  • Demonstrating excellence in accuracy, completeness and quality, employing professional skepticism to make key business decisions and deliver on outcomes;

  • Retooling or reskilling proactively in order to maintain appropriate level of skills to support the business in an agile and innovative ways;

  • Creating, communicating, facilitating, and presenting complex written materials and information cogently to and/or for all levels of audiences, partners and management;

  • Exhibiting leadership in technical writing and communication skills;

  • Conveying written and verbal messages to a variety of audiences in an organized, compelling and strategic manner;

  • Handling and managing confidential and sensitive data, knowing when and how much information is accessed and used, including full understanding of Google Suite security access to folders and documents;

  • Delivering resultant metrics and analytics (via reports, presentations, whitepapers, et al) involving moderate to complex human capital data to owners within a partnership business model through the use of Alteryx, Google Suite (especially formulas writing complex data functionality), Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft, and Financial Data Systems;

  • Identifying effectiveness and efficiency opportunities to drive continuous improvement in the execution of centralized efforts;

  • Conducting business performance analysis of actual results against targeted for activities;

  • Working autonomously and influencing without direct authority, liaising, and coordinating with individuals, teams, and various stakeholders across all parts of a matrix professional services environment;

  • Navigating assertively to accomplish tasks and developing a network of key client and stakeholders; and,

  • Managing and maintaining relationships for on-going collaboration.
