A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Information Technology Project Management team collaborates with PwC practice leaders to develop and deliver technology solutions. We provide project management oversight and collaborate with various project resources and vendors to ensure the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is high, and satisfaction is achieved. Simply put, you’ll solve business problems using technology, work with multiple teams concurrently, and be able to take pride in end to end ownership of a project.

Acceleration Centers Technology Integrations team supports PwC Acceleration Centers by aligning technology operations, systems, support and security with PwC standards and territory needs while enabling the business to scale to client demands. This team is essential in integrating key business and technology priorities into the overall direction of PwC’s client-facing and internal operational functions. This team actively engages with global business Leaders and global teams.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Collaborating as an active member on the daily activities required to deliver Acceleration Center technical, strategic and operational goals;

  • Supporting the development and execution of strategic priorities for the organization, emphasizing the development, management and tracking of all related objectives and metrics for the strategic plan;

  • Managing expectations relative to key deliverables to Firm Leadership and stakeholders, e.g., priority planning of timelines, and coordinating and planning delivery;

  • Developing executive presentations, orchestrating the input of all content from business and operational lines’ activities and key delivery of a targeted message with an appropriate ask, and developing the subsequent action plan for delivery;

  • Collaborating with Leadership on stakeholder and change management initiatives activities, integrating xLOS efforts and acting as a liaison with the ACST team on day-to-day activities to establish on-time and targeted activities;

  • Managing technical transformation projects through execution, piloting and final hand-off to the SDC business-as-usual (BAU) team;

  • Working effectively with colleagues from multiple distinct cultural environments;

  • Building and maintaining impactful and diverse relationships at all internal and external levels, peers to leaders including effectively navigating a complex matrixed organization;

  • Building effective working relationships with GDM leadership to establish and execute the activities having firmwide impact & global implications to enable the behaviors, structures, systems and competencies;

  • Demonstrating the ability to solve complex issues, collaborate and negotiate with leaders and influence others to reach mutually acceptable solutions;

  • Developing project plans to deliver on project requirements;

  • Possessing techniques for identification of risks and dependencies as well as project management techniques to oversee, proactively lead and/or support workstreams;

  • Demonstrating meeting facilitation and management capabilities;

  • Identifying risks, gaps and dependencies and recommend solutions;

  • Possessing creative problem-solving abilities to devise solutions to successfully deliver on the business goals;

  • Reporting results and facilitating problem resolution;

  • Leading and developing teams locally/virtually and specifically global teams;

  • Possessing experience with application building, management and operations at a global scale;

  • Supporting remote locations operation for application development processes and procedures;

  • Possessing effective communication and interaction with Applications team, Business units, external clients and Security teams;

  • Analyzing technology improvements for the business, centralize escalations and prevent operation incidents; and,

  • Designing and implementing continuous process improvements using the leading techniques and automation technologies.
