Demonstrates thorough knowledge and abilities in the Application and Emerging Technology field including but not limited to:
Working experience within Agile (Scrum, Kanban, ) in addition to using Agile Tools (e.g. JIRA, VersionOne);
Prioritizing workload and determining trade-offs of scope and budget;
Supporting project management by helping to establish that projects are delivered within scope, on time, on budget, and with requirements met;
Maintaining project documentation including: databases, configurations, tool data, key artifacts, and project schedules, plans, and reports;
Demonstrating experience in design, development, and implementation of Agile transformation strategy;
Demonstrating experience in the use of scaling methods such as SAFe, LESS, or industry equivalents; and,
Demonstrating project management experience, leadership and problem solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certification(s) Preferred :
Agile Certifications e.g. CSM (Certified Scrum Master), SAFe Agilist
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in current technology applications and project management skills including but not limited to:
Consulting experience, ideally in Agile/SDLC; and,
Working experience as a Project Manager (Risk Management, Scope Management, Change Control, etc.).
