Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates proven success in roles and thorough knowledge involving Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Laboratory and/or Manufacturing domain preferably obtained through one or more of the following:

  • Working within the industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology, generics and diagnostic companies);

  • Consulting companies delivering to the industry, organizations representing the industry;

  • Strong knowledge of business processes used in Quality control (QC) or Product Development (PD) laboratory;

  • Deep understanding of data exchanges between LIMS and related applications including ERP (SAP preferred), MES, CDS and ELN;

  • Ability to compare LIMS packages for business requirements, write user requirements, and be the interface between lab users and IT teams to design and implement LIMS solution;

  • Some expertise in configuring and testing laboratory applications including LIMS (any of the common packages like Labware, Labvantage, StarLIMS), CDS and ELN;

  • Proven experience of managing senior client IT and business stakeholder (Sr. Director level) at client;

  • Proven ability to handle technical delivery teams across onshore and offshore;

  • Some exposure to working with AWS cloud platforms like AWS or Azure will be nice to have.
