Our Cyber Defense team focuses on helping our clients design and implement an effective cybersecurity program and technologies that protect against threats, support business objectives, and enables growth. As businesses move to a digital world, more data is generated and shared among organisations, partners and customers; to have business value, that data needs to be protected. You'll play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing solutions focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Leading, coaching, and building teams of technology and security professionals and acting as the accountable point person for overall team performance;

  • Managing projects and leading Agile delivery teams against strategic objectives and project scope and planned timelines, and milestones; and,

  • Driving and overseeing team business strategy and operations, team productivity, and operational risk identification and mitigation.

Demonstrates thought leader-level cybersecurity experience managing teams and delivering technical solutions across the following security areas:

  • Demonstrating knowledge of common cybersecurity and privacy frameworks, including but not limited to: NIST CSF, CIS Top 20, ISO27001/2, HIPAA/HITRUST, OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, FedRAMP, GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS; and,

  • Architecting, engineering, and/or operational management of core cybersecurity functions.

Demonstrates experience in modern cloud and product security tools and technologies.

Demonstrates cloud experience managing teams and delivering solutions across the major cloud service providers in the following areas:

  • Enterprise Cloud Strategy Planning and Transformation;

  • Cloud Account and Subscription Architecture, and Organizational Management;

  • Cloud Service Management and Adoption;

  • Workload and Data Migration;

  • Cloud infrastructure and platform deployment (using Infrastructure-as-Code and Policy-as-Code);

  • CI/CD Pipeline Management, Testing Orchestration, and Monitoring;

  • Cloud DataOps, analytics, and advanced data science (artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing);

  • Cloud Configuration, Posture Management and Drift Monitoring; and,

  • Cloud Logging and Event Monitoring.
