Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in Workday and Peoplesoft. Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: - Having overall responsibility for delivery to the network; - Being familiar with database and application design technologies,( i.e., SQL, XML/XLST, Web Services, SOAP, REST, middleware, BizTalk, Fusion, etc.); - Obtaining intimate communication skills, both written and verbal; - Exhibiting specialization in agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban; - Possessing an ability to supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff; - Demonstrating proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; - Being influencial while exhibiting stakeholder management skills; - Demonstrating competency in the English language as it relates to business; - Possessing experience with Workday functional/technical implementation and Workday Studio Integration Designer Toolset; - Being experienced in technical integration with external 3rd parties e.g. Payroll and Benefits providers; - Being familiar with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application delivery on a global level; - Using test management tools such as MS VSTS or HP SM9 for management of defects. - Working in a global/virtual team environment; - Leading a small team of integration analysts to deliver integration capabilities from Workday to the network, including prioritization of activities, forecasting demand, and establishing appropriate resources are available to meet the demand; - Establishing integration requirements are of high quality and sufficiently robust to establish that the end product meets the original business requirement; - Establishing continued alignment to PwC IT Integration Standards and the correct selection of technologies and acting as a champion for these standards when working with territories in the network; - Engaging with 3rd parties as appropriate, whether these be external vendors of HC systems dependent upon integration; - Working with our Consulting Service Delivery Centres, as required, as to augment integration resources where skills or demand outstrips capacity; - Engaging other support teams where required to deliver new or changed integrations, i.e testing services; - Making recommendations to support continual service improvements in the area of integration; - During testing phases, establishing that identified defects are resolved in a timely fashion; - Liasing with the knowledge manager to establish that all knowledge relating to integrations and how to resolve incidents related to that integration are captured and made available to the corresponding support teams; and, - Leading critical issue management and resolution with appropriate stakeholder engagement.
