As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

6 year(s) progressive roles managing IT architecture and engineering designs and domains.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates intimate - level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, emphasizing the following:

  • Driving Architectural design and application delivery;

  • Exhibiting robust analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify, debug and resolve technical issues;

  • Understanding Lean IT principles and data driven approaches;

  • Showcasing Architectural domain knowledge including cloud application architecture and container-based;

  • Demonstrating proven intimate knowledge of specific Infrastructure areas and providing input to architecture along with the implementation of those standards within projects;

  • Understanding core domains of Endpoint technologies including Windows and Mac laptops, iOS and Android mobile, VR devices and virtual application and desktop infrastructure solutions;

  • Designing and implementation of Endpoint related management platforms such as VMware Workspace ONE and Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune;

  • Understanding of application and software distribution technologies and processes;

  • Creating and maintaining technology roadmaps and developing implementation related plans, approaches and related documentation;

  • Creating and maintaining technology roadmaps;

  • Communicating effectively at different levels within and outside of the organization;

  • Collaborating with IT Leadership to contribute to a strategy and planning and implementing it successfully;

  • Developing and leveraging thought leadership;

  • Researching and evaluating emerging technologies;

  • Articulating and obtaining approvals for system design concept;

  • Translation of knowledge and business plans into system designs and supporting infrastructure technical objectives that translate into infrastructure design requirements for the Firm’s IT environment;

  • Maintaining Vendor Relationships / Management, such as writing statements of work and managing delivery to align with business objectives;

  • Providing design guidance services to sourcing vendors that follow the enterprise architecture vision and adhering to applicable application technology roadmaps and standards;

  • Showcasing enhanced verbal and written communications skills with the ability to manage senior level stakeholders effectively;

  • Presenting well developed and proven organizational and planning skills and capabilities with the ability to adhere to established project management processes and procedures; and,

  • Driving cost forecasting, budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
