Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts.

Demonstrates leading practice knowledge and proven experience across the EPM landscape including but not limited to:

  • Having experience with Close, Consolidation and External/Regulatory Reporting;

  • Having experience with Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting including driver-based planning, capital and workforce planning, rolling forecasts and integrated planning;

  • Having experience with Management Reporting including dashboarding and predictive analytics;

  • Having experience with Costing and Profitability Management;

  • Having experience with Key business drivers and metrics that provide performance insights;

  • Having experience with Data Model and Chart of Accounts;

  • Having experience with Data Management and Integrations and Governance;

  • Demonstrating proven experience with consulting engagements pertaining to the requirements and design (functional and technical), configuration, testing and deployment of EPM solutions

  • Having experience with Experience developing the EPM Business Case to quantify and demonstrate the business value and return on investment;

  • Demonstrating capabilities of designing and implementing holistic solutions including process optimization and organization structure design to augment EPM technical solutions;

  • Demonstrating knowledge of the industry including common issues facing clients;

  • Having the ability to work with ambiguity while addressing the clients' needs and delivering top-level results;

  • Showcasing communications skills and the ability to simplify complex information and influence stakeholders;

  • Demonstrating ability to create a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;

  • Demonstrating ability to work collaboratively with a global team and all levels of an organization.

  • Demonstrating knowledge of technologies that support collaboration, automation and data-driven story-telling including: Microsoft Products (Teams, PowerBI, MS Office), G-Suite (Google), and business intelligence tools;

  • Demonstrating proficiency and/or willingness to learn digital technologies and the impact on Finance and Accounting including analytical tools. E.g. Alteryx, PowerBi, Tableau, Snaplogic and RPA technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, PowerAutomate, etc), and machine learning/Artificial Intelligence

  • Demonstrating proven and thorough knowledge of operational metrics to support strategic plans, dashboard design and benchmarking/standard industry practices;

  • Demonstrating considerable knowledge and understanding around organizational design and operational metrics.

  • Demonstrating knowledge and success in advising global organizations through transformations from strategy through execution;

  • Having experience with Core Finance system implementation and optimization (e.g. ERP, EPM, etc);

  • Having experience with Finance strategy and transformation;

  • Having experience with Shared service and outsourcing;

  • Having experience with Cost management; and,

  • Having experience with Talent management.

Demonstrates success with analyzing detailed finance and accounting processes to identify improvement opportunities in the following areas;

  • Process improvement (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, etc);

  • Internal and external reporting;

  • People and organization structures;

  • Performance management, budgeting and forecasting;

  • Cash flow optimization and the use of capital; and,

  • Maintenance and building of cost-effective controls;
