You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Business Analysis - Practice Support team oversees Information Technology project lifecycles to help align our Information Technology solutions with our business needs by identifying and addressing gaps. As a part of the team, you’ll help optimise opportunity cost, document the right requirements to create solutions that meet user needs, improve efficiency by reducing rework, and shortening project timelines.

Business Analysts apply analytical skills working with business and product owners to develop requirements and user stories stemming from product roadmaps. Analysts add value to the delivery team by working with the business and product owner to create clarity around business objectives through the development of and refinement of user stories. Our Business Analysts solve business problems working with delivery teams using Agile and scrum methodologies.

4 year(s) of progressive roles performing IT analysis, configuration and/or support across the software/system development lifecycle.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrate intimate level knowledge of and/or proven record of success with:

  • Performing system application implementations, software configurations, and XML or other related coding in the following HR technological product suites: HCM (Staffing and ESS, Comp, Benefits, Absence, Security, Reporting, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding) as applicable to Workday; having experience with HR Business processes related to these specific areas of Workday;

  • Having an understanding of E2E related to Workday integration points;

  • Understanding Cross Product function (e.g. Organizations, Language Translation, Job Catalog, Delegation, Branding, Cross-tenant configuration, etc.) as applicable to Workday;

  • Demonstrating experience with Human Capital reporting/analytics;

  • Reinforcing of global governance structures, including guiding principles alignment, impact considerations, driving to collaborative and consistent recommendations and decisions;

  • Participating in discussions and making decisions/conclusions related to enhanced functionality and creative solutioning; and,

  • Keeping current on new functionality/features/capabilities of Workday, current market trends, and other industry products and technologies.

Demonstrates extensive level abilities with and/or proven record of success with:

  • Acting as a Business Process administrator, making any changes approved by governance across functional domains in lower environments;

  • Utilizing PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project), with business levels of fluency in English, to write, communicate, facilitate, and present clearly;

  • Showcasing the ability to capture stakeholders' needs effectively, understand their requirements and translate those needs in to system solutions;

  • Producing deliverables within a diverse & fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams, and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;

  • Demonstrating written and oral communication skills;

  • Working in a fast paced Hi-tech environment;

  • Managing senior stakeholders;

  • Influencing groups to achieve a desired outcome;

  • Working and delivering work in a global/virtual team environment;

  • Presenting to groups virtually and in person;

  • Possessing a Workday Pro certification in the relevant domains;

  • Working in an HR role or in supporting HR Systems and business processes; and,

  • Demonstrating competency in the English language.
