As part of the global Digital Marketing and Sales Experience team, this role focuses on developing and managing digital campaigns and content across our global websites - and delivering a best-in-class digital experience with PwC. The role will partner closely with global content, marketing, data, product and technology teams, as well as network stakeholders and vendors, to advance how our brand comes to life in our digital channels.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of, and/or proven record of success in, the execution of digital marketing programs, preferably within a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing the following:
Demonstrating experience in digital channel (website) management - using CMS;
Possessing skills in project management predominantly in a digital focused role utilizing Agile methodologies;
Possessing expertise in User Experience (UX) or Customer Experience (CX);
Developing, executing and analyzing digital experiences and marketing programs that resonate with and drive desired behavior from targeted external audiences;
Developing, executing and managing marketing campaigns and content initiatives across web properties;
Demonstrating experience in website management - using CMS (ideally AEM) to update and create digital experiences;
Understanding of key business issues clients are facing and aligns our marketing strategies around those issues;
Maintaining knowledge of digital marketing trends/leading practices and applying new thinking and innovation to digital marketing programs;
Demonstrating project management skills, ideally in a digital focused role using Agile methodologies in order to execute multiple comprehensive projects and programs simultaneously;
Understanding website analytics such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to analyze digital campaign performance data to determine effectiveness, and provide insights and optimization recommendations;
Testing and learning / optimization experience, interrogating data to find opportunities to improve digital experiences and deliver at scale;
Demonstrating proficiency with enterprise MarTech systems such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce;
Liaising with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to communicate opportunities, needs, risks and POVs;
Working cross-functionally with product, IT and strategy teams to develop and iterate improvements to digital experiences on the global website that scale;
Evaluating, analyzing and interpreting user flows, journeys and holistic digital experiences and apply learnings which inform best practices and digital marketing strategy; and,
Maintaining and improving the skill set to stay abreast of changes in the digital landscape to bring innovations and fresh ideas to our MarTech stack.
