Operating as a solution architect and team lead to design, develop, and manage technical solutions that solve business problems and improve the overall operational efficiency of the organization;
Teaming with process owners to understand the objectives, requirements, and business rules of various business processes;
Leading a team to build highly automated solutions that are dependent on data from disparate data sources and meet the needs of the business;
Advising stakeholders on suitable technologies to address business needs;
Managing delivery of solutions ensuring adherence to scope, deadlines, budgets;
Leading the solution architecture of solutions inclusive of business, technical, information, and process architectures;
Leading the design and development of solutions using tools such as RPA, Alteryx, python, SQLServer, and data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau;
Overseeing post production maintenance and support of solutions;
Completing extract, transform, and loading functions using Alteryx, UIpath and SQL Server;
Developing Microsoft Power BI dashboards for analyzing large and complex data sets, including conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of various data sets, integrating and merging data sets, and performing manulaptions of data;

Demonstrating ability to understand business application of data being analyzed as well as the end users need for data to be presented in the most appropriate data visuals e.g. dashboards, graphs, charts, etc.;

Using written and verbal communication skills, including problem/conflict resolution;
Creating professional networks (internal and external) and building relationships at all levels of seniority and lines of the organization;
