As part of a Regional Delivery Center (RDC) the Workday team supports Workday implementations across industries as our clients focus on improving business performance, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from transactions. Our growing Workday practice provides management, technology, and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients around the world anticipate and address their most complex business challenges.

PwC works with human capital clients from the technical issues, through the organizational issues that shape the structure and strategy of HR, to CEO sponsored initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of the organization as a whole. The team helps clients achieve the business objectives of:

The Workday TC Group is focused on the implementation of Workday at the Cyber and Security Regional Delivery Center.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Organizational Behavior, Information Systems, or related areas.

Certification(s) Preferred: Global Professional in Human Resources and/or a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Workday Services functional certification, and/or engagement manager certification.

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success

assisting large employers with improving the performance of their human resources organization including the following areas:

  • Improving the delivery of HR services;

  • Implementing HR technologies;

  • Aligning HR strategy and people strategies with business strategies;

  • Streamlining and standardizing HR policies, practices, and processes; and,

  • Transforming the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital and supporting the business units.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success

learning and performing in functional and technical capacities, including the following areas:

  • Implementing system applications, software configurations, and XML or other related coding in HR technological product suites including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Netsuite, Taleo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP;

  • Utilizing PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently while emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs in to system functionality; and,

  • Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams, and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
