This role supports the Operations function within mergers & acquisitions (M&A), along with large-scale, cross-functional business process, integration, separation, and transformation changes. The role scope covers the complete deal cycle, from due diligence to negotiations, Day One planning, operations integration and separation, synergy analysis, stranded cost optimization and transition service agreement (TSA) development and governance.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in operational Integrations and Divestitures, including pre-deal operational due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution, synergy and cost savings analysis and TSA development with extensive knowledge of and experience in some or all of the following Operational areas: Planning & Forecasting, Inventory Management, Sourcing & Procurement (direct and indirect), Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation, Logistics Planning & Management, Warranty, Returns, Research & Development, Customer Service, Customer Operations and Back Office Operations for the Consumer Products & Services, Industrial Products & Services, Health Industries, or Financial Services Industries.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in developing client relationships while providing the highest quality client service, which includes the following:
