You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.
Our System Architecture team helps build customisable specific system solutions that enhance PwC’s system capabilities to appropriately serve all client needs. As part of the team, you’ll use enterprise architecture across application areas to build delivery models that map PwC capabilities to business needs outlined by clients.

3+ years experience using Adobe Analytics Suite
2+ years of experience working with tag management platforms (Launch, DTM, Tealium)

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or proven record of success in leveraging data to generate Customer insights, including the following areas:
Working with clients to define Key Performance Indicators for new projects/enhancements;
Designing and implementing Adobe Analytics for large, global solutions (e.g. sites that span the globe and render content in many different languages, supporting 10s of domains);
Owning full responsibility for analytics needs across several custom analytics platforms;
Managing the processes for capture, storage, usage and tracking of online activity from multiple web solutions that are global and complex in nature;
Ensuring data integrity & documentation of tracking standards;
Troubleshooting and debugging analytics implementations;
Working across both marketing and development to support both teams with analytics tracking;
Engaging with projects to ensure the analytics solutions meet business requirements;
Delivering clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize the customer experience;
Generating reports and providing insights and recommendations based on data;
Providing guidance to develop tagging framework and provide QA support;
Proactively identifying issues and recommending resolutions, while working closely with key business leaders to offer alternatives and enhancements; and,
Managing the implementation and tracking of digital marketing initiatives both current and future.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and skills with analytics technologies, including the following:
Exhibiting experience with web optimization and personalization platforms (Target, AAM, Krux);
Utilizing experience with DMP, CDP, and/or data layer;
Understanding of Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions (e.g. AEM, Target, AAM, Real-time CDP, etc.);
Showcasing experience with crafting customer-centric datasets;
Extensive and thorough understanding of digital marketing;
Driving experience in technical architecture/framework of analytical eco-system(s); and,
Designing solutions and writing technical documentation for a medium/large scale commercial website.
Demonstrates enhanced knowledge and skills in customer and stakeholder management, including the following:
Showcasing experience in interfacing between business and implementation teams;
Highlighting history of building relationships with customers;
Utilizing enhanced written, verbal, and presentation skills; and,
