Our Acceleration Center team is responsible for developing programs and initiatives directed at designing, developing, and implementing a robust Business Process Management Solutions Platform to enable effective scalability and sound management of PwC’s Acceleration Center operations on a worldwide scale.

Our Acceleration Center Growth & Transformation Team is responsible for developing and leading the programs and initiatives to support the Firm’s New Equation strategy, while powering the Segments’, Product & Technology and Business Services growth plans and ensuring sound management of PwC’s Acceleration Center operations on a worldwide scale. The AC Digital & Automation Demand and Operation team’s mission is to automate delivery of services through the Acceleration Center in whole or in part.

As a part of the Strategy team, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reporting directly to the AC Digital, Automation Demand and Operations Leader;

  • Developing and accountable for maintaining automation, visualization, and other technology solutions critical to the operations of the AC Digital, Automation and Innovation program in collaboration with the Acceleration Centers, AC Technology, US Products & Technology, US Technology, and others, assessing risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team;

  • Managing the regularly executed AC automation impact forecasting and measurement processes including: consolidation, reconciliation, follow-up, and presentation to Leadership;

  • Working with Segments AC Automation Leaders and Segments Digital Drivers to provide key insights, automation, and visualization solutions in support of Segments AC automation strategies;

  • Leading activities to help identify and assess new automation opportunities via with AC Digital & Automation Demand and Operations Leader and AC Digital Leaders;

  • Training, coaching, and supervising any assigned team members;

  • Identifying opportunities for our AC staff to digitally upskill;

  • Identifying where implementing automations can benefit large engagement teams;

  • Continuing to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand; and,

  • Managing other responsibilities as assigned in support of overall AC and/or AC Digital, Automation and Innovation strategy.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Operating in a center of excellence (CoE) or shared service environment tasked with implementing, operating and maintaining automation solutions;

  • Demonstrating experience working in a consulting organization and/or enterprise PMO;

  • Being a Design Thinking practitioner/facilitator;

  • Demonstrating experience designing and implementing solutions using some of the leading data visualization, workflow, RPA/RDA (robotics process/desktop automation) and/or other emerging automation technologies; and,

  • Demonstrating experience working in a full life cycle technology solution implementation.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Presenting, writing and communicating in public and private meeting forums with business leaders;

  • Producing detailed support documents to match the solution designs and advising a team of functional consultants on aspects around delivery of solutions;

  • Understanding business requirements and converting them into solution design; and,

  • Delivering solutions that optimize processes across business strategies and technology capabilities.
