This high performing team advises clients on all elements of their information technology infrastructure from data center solutions to IT service management.
They also address areas such as networking, convergence, connectivity and collaboration, and disaster recovery.

Demonstrates proven expertise and success in a role leading and collaborating directly with senior management on client-facing business development, engagement delivery, practice development and thought leadership, including the following:
Development, assessment and implementation of Information Technology (IT) solutions including experience in project management, process improvement, technology deployment, and other business advisory initiatives.
Management of large consulting teams, emphasizing the creation of a positive environment by developing new opportunities, successful delivery of engagements, and consistency with monitoring organizational health and driving thought leadership.
Sales and business development with engagement revenues from $1M
$3M, ownership for activities related to the development and maintenance of client relationships, and the management of multiple and simultaneous complex work streams or engagements.
Demonstrates proven expertise and success leading IT Service Management engagements and project teams specializing in the design and implementation of ITSM processes, organizational structures, functions and technology within the following areas:
Service Strategy and Design;
Service Desk, Incident, and Problem Management;
Request Management / Fulfillment;
Asset and Configuration Management;
Change and Release Management;
IT Financial Management;
Service Catalog and Service Portfolio Management;
Cloud solutions and implementation;
Data Center and Process Automation.
Demonstrates an expertise of IT Strategy and Transformation pertaining to IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL v3 industry practices including the following:
IT infrastructure, architecture and operations along;
Development and improvement of ITSM processes and functions;
ITSM-related tools and technology.
Demonstrates proven expert-level ability and success managing successful enterprise scale implementations of IT Infrastructure and Service Management software packages (including major ITSM vendors such as HP, BMC, CA) including an extensive ability to leverage one or more of the following related toolsets:
HP Service Manager/Asset Manager (Legacy Peregrine)
HP Server Automation/Operations Orchestration (Legacy Opsware)
HP UCMDB/DDM (Legacy Mercury)
-HP Operations Manager.
Demonstrates an expert-level ability and a proven consistent record of success identifying and addressing client needs, developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities, preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials, and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
Demonstrates an expert-level ability and proven consistent record of success as a team and thought leader creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues
