Our team helps multinational clients manage their mobile workforce by developing effective expatriate management solutions. You’ll be assisting our team manage business processes through expatriate software implementation, systems redesign and integration with enterprise Human Resources/Payroll solutions such as PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP and Human Resources Access.
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
Train, coach, and supervise staff
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Solution Delivery Methodologies including traditional SDLC and Agile;
Security Development Lifecycle;
Source Control (TFS, Subversion, Git, Mercurial);
MSSQL 2008/2012; Oracle 10+ -C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web Api, Linq;
ORM (nHibernate, Entity Framework);
Testing Methods & Tools (TDD, BDD / xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine);
Functional, Imperative and Declarative Programming Languages;
Design Patterns / Enterprise Design Patterns (Factory, Singleton, Strategy, ActiveRecord, Repository, etc.);
Separation of Concerns;
Representational State Transfer (REST);
Hypertext as the Engine of Application State (HATEOS); and,
Mobile Development (iOS, Android).
Demonstrated proven extensive abilities and success with IT architecture-related technologies and methodologies to build custom-designed, automated web and mobile technologies related to clients facing business issues involving expatriates and global mobility, which include the following areas:
Working alone or as part of a team to design and build quality software solutions;
Demonstrated understanding of the purpose of the software or functionality being built;
Building solutions that meet the requirements and acceptance criteria;
Determining the best implementation approach considering factors such as build time, cost, performance, scalability, reliability, security and maintainability;
Anticipating potential problems and proactively suggesting solutions;
Respectfully challenging solutions and bringing new ideas to the team;
Driving change and continuous improvement through the adoption of solid development practices; and,
Discussing work with stakeholders inside and outside the development team.

Demonstrates success as tax technical business advisor, including developing new relationships, making introductions to sell new services and doing so with a "One Firm" service mindset. Preferred familiarity with a CRM system.
Demonstrates knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited to:- innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;
working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients;
utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements
Knowledge of alternative fee arrangements, including the use of pricing tools, to provide a point of view on pricing strategies.
