A career in our Financial Services Enabling Technologies practice, within Industry and Functional Apps services, will provide you with the opportunity to build secure and new digital experiences for customers, employees, and suppliers. We focus on improving apps or developing new apps for traditional and mobile devices as well as conducting usability testing to find ways to improve our clients’ user experience.

In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the crypto and/or blockchain space with a focus on financial services and capital markets contributing to or managing specific work streams that involve the following areas:

  • Developing and deploying digital solutions of financial services products;

  • Operating financial services businesses;

  • Interacting with data and data systems including IT tools and technology;

  • Documenting and identifying key controls within the transaction lifecycle;

  • Gathering process and business requirements;

  • Understanding crypto trends of global organizations;

  • Utilizing pragmatic approaches to achieve sustainable financial functions and operation models specific to Digital Assets;

  • Understanding technical knowledge and experience across Custody (including cold storage), wallet management, exchanges (defi included) and related cybersecurity / risk factors;

  • Understanding of financial services operating models, enterprise environments, risk management, and internal audit (SOC attestation etc.);

  • Possessing an inquisitive and hard working attitude for learning new subject matters, prioritization and communication / reporting for both internal / external clients;

  • Demonstrating direct experience in a professional capacity with crypto and/or blockchain technology with a detailed understanding of cryptocurrency infrastructure, player landscape, underlying blockchain technology and current trends risks; and,

  • Possessing relevant experience in a financial services firm or consulting experience at a large financial institution.
