A career in our Financial Services Enabling Technologies practice, within Industry and Functional Apps services, will provide you with the opportunity to build secure and new digital experiences for customers, employees, and suppliers. We focus on improving apps or developing new apps for traditional and mobile devices as well as conducting usability testing to find ways to improve our clients’ user experience.

As part of our team, you’ll help clients harness technology systems in financial services focusing on areas such as insurance, sales performance management, retirement and pension, asset management, and banking & capital markets.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Possesses 3 or more years of experience in crypto and/or digital assets.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader working with business stakeholders and understanding their business needs including:

  • Having an understanding of front, middle and back office processes associated with banking, lending and payments (asset and wealth management a bonus);

  • Having deep knowledge of the digital assets ecosystem, including crypto, stablecoins and NFTs (either financial products or non-financial products like gaming);

  • Having personal experience in trading crypto/digital assets;

  • Having a track record of delivering crypto services to PwC targeted clients in the ecosystem (this could be new entrants like crypto exchanges or traditional institutions adopting digital assets); and,

  • Having service delivery experience includes, but is not limited to due diligence, transaction support, risk management, product strategy and platform implementation.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Business Requirements Analysis;

  • Business/Technical Analysis/Functional Specification Documentation/Wireframe Creation;

  • Blockchain Architecture and Ecosystem Design

  • Due Diligence;

  • Report Writing; and,

  • Project Management.

  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of the team members;

  • Providing candid and meaningful feedback in a timely manner;

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:

  • Facilitating workshop/meeting including remote facilitation;

  • Managing workstream(s) or small team engagements;

  • Participating in client discussions and meetings actively;

  • Communicating a broad range of offered consulting services;

  • Preparing concise, accurate documents, including utilizing PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients; and,

  • Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader building and/or using various tools/accelerators, including chain verification tools, risk frameworks, etc.
