Global Data Strategy & Innovation Senior Manager - GMO is part of a multi-disciplined team of digital strategists, web experience experts, product managers and data governance leaders, collectively accountable for PwC's global web platforms and our digital experience. This role will transform the way data is collected and actioned across platforms and channels. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Experience suite, Salesforce marketing automation tools, and working with a CDP.

Demonstrating industry leader level knowledge of and/or proven record of success in:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to conduct primary and secondary research in support of test planning and strategic goals;

  • Interpreting and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to deliver actionable optimization strategies and test recommendations for SEO, media and website experiences;

  • Owning the test planning process from developing hypotheses to implementing test designs;

  • Designing executive scorecards that showcase digital performance, influencing demand generation and user experience planning;

  • Building and managing internal client-facing dashboards and creating reports to support marketing, media & site optimization;

  • Supporting the execution and analytics of adaptive testing to deliver actionable insights;

  • Leveraging various data sources including SEO, on-site search, paid search, display, Google Analytics to develop data visualizations;

  • Documenting all optimization decisions and creating a model that compares pre and post performance across multiple metrics;

  • Demonstrating experience in analysis & development of forecast models to identify systemic patterns and trends and develop forecasting models;

  • Demonstrating the ability to work with the product team to ensure effective integration of emerging data, client data, and new technical capabilities that enable analytic solutions scale and efficiency;

  • Designing and conducting A/B tests to drive and multivariate tests;

  • Generating, collecting and analyzing customer behavior data from SEO and website analytics;

  • Partnering with IT teams to develop and evolve data product features and tools;

  • Configuring metadata for popular social network link-sharing cards

  • Consulting with marketing specialists to optimize the effectiveness of digital campaigns, with a focus on understanding customer behaviors and managing conversion and lead generation;

  • Acting as a subject matter expert to advise on optimization of campaigns on digital channels;

  • Building and managing relationships across global marketing teams, stakeholders and leadership, driving difficult conversations and demonstrating interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

  • Leading and coaching a team working across multiple projects;

  • Having experience with CDP: Adobe Experience Platform, CMS: Adobe Experience Manager (CQ6) & Adobe Target, Analytics: Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Tableau/Microsoft Power BI advanced, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics;

  • Liaising with and managing 3rd parties to coordinate multiple dependencies;

  • Working knowledge of SEO tools, and an understanding of the latest SEO best practices;

  • Analyzing technical SEO issues and recommending fixes;

  • Demonstrating expertise across marketing and sales capabilities in a B2B context;

  • Creating a closed loop between marketing and sales to shorten lead times and improve client impact;

  • Demonstrating an successful track record for translating business strategies into marketing strategies and driving execution to deliver measurable commercial results;

  • Managing outside vendors, agencies and contractors to deliver optimized search results and experiences;

  • Using task management tools (Workfront);

  • Working in a large, matrixed organization;

  • Possessing professional project management skills;

  • Automating the aggregation of data across channels; and,

  • Establishing attribution models.
