Our Compliance team is responsible for oversight of all Compliance activities by our PwC professionals. As part of the team, you’ll help promote and monitor compliance with applicable external and internal policies, laws and regulations and subsequently, manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation and reputational risk.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of the following:
Managing Core Compliance Requirements (CCR), including pre- and post-deadline monitoring, both quantitative & qualitative analysis, and reporting;
Leveraging digitization tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, G-Suite, Workbench, Google Scripting, Power BI etc.) for large, complex data sets;
Developing and managing key Service Level Agreements (SLAs), reporting dashboards and management reporting to leadership;
Recommending, developing, and implementing technology-enabled solutions focused on streamlining processes and automation to address our CCR business needs;
Managing a global team, including operational oversight;
Driving continued improvements across our business process documentation ensuring they are comprehensive, up to date and are embedded in our day to day procedures;
Managing multiple projects in parallel and independently including planning, stakeholder engagement, risks/actions/issues/decisions tracking, reporting and escalation;
Developing and fostering relationships across multiple functions (e.g., Ethics & Compliance, OFRO/Risk Management, Learning & Development, Communications, PwC Technology ) to successfully implement projects; and
Possessing and utilizing written and verbal communication and analytical skills while solving problems.
