A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following:

  • Envisioning and articulating a C-Suite content strategy that positions PwC at the heart of the top management conversation, adapting content to different channels, and ensuring that our content maximizes the return busy leaders enjoy when they invest their attention in it;

  • Collaborating effectively across PwC to inspire catalyze a truly global C-Suite narrative that addresses the critical client challenges facing leaders in major territories, supporting the campaign and content priorities of those territories, and inspiring local leveraging and tailoring of global themes;

  • Inspiring team members with diverse content development and research skills to generate sharp insights, create breakthrough thinking, and distill C-Suite-relevant implications - both globally and in territories;

  • Building and managing relationships with senior leadership across a global network, acting as a collaborator and go-to-leader on content development, and engaging senior stakeholders on the value of a sharp C-Suite Insights strategy to inspire clients;

  • Counseling PwC leaders both at a strategic level for their platform, industry, or practice area, and on individual projects to ensure the development of high-quality, distinctive points of view that are bold and start a conversation, while also meeting the firm's independence, risk management, legal, and ethics standards;

  • Championing the importance of quality standards across a diverse stakeholder landscape and driving adherence to quality standards, while catalyzing the development of world class management content in multiple formats that is novel, useful for leaders, and rigorously substantiated;

  • Mentoring, developing, and enhancing the impact of GTL teams;

  • Building and maintaining a collaborative working relationship with members of the PwC’s Global Campaign team to promote close alignment between strategy and content;

  • Having an enhanced understanding of today’s business, industry, geopolitical, and management trends and issues;

  • Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, and managing workload to serve a diverse stakeholder group across a complex and matrixed organization; and,

  • Navigating complex situations applying firm policies and procedures and, where necessary, conducting difficult conversations with senior leaders across the marketing organization or business to jointly come to the right outcomes.
