Working with ITSM platforms and the technologies that make them work (ServiceNow, SCCM, Jamf); and,
Working with IT Service Management and how it is implemented across different operating models (ITIL, DevOps);

Experience with ITIL Framework & Processes, including, but not limited to: Incident, Problem and Change Management including SACM, CMDB, ITAM, and SAM;
Possessing Program/Project Management skills; and,
Working within Cloud & ITSM Platforms (AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
