Our Data, Privacy and Ethics team integrates data & AI governance, privacy, ethics, and accessibility into PwC digital assets by providing guidance, writing policies, and establishing standards. Our Data & AI Governance professionals within the team help PwC teams build responsible AI, establish justifiable confidence in trusted technologies, and consult on how to use data effectively and correctly.

Additional Educational Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing business needs by:

  • Assisting to lead project management and communications efforts to facilitate efficient operations and build strategic partnerships across PwC;

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan, reporting metrics of success to P&T leadership, and managing a stakeholder strategy including technical teams, risk and policy teams, business leaders, and senior executives across PwC;

  • Contributing to research initiatives and presentations related to responsible AI, technology ethics, training, policy and regulation;

  • Displaying proven written and verbal communication skills including communicating with stakeholders and building and delivering presentations across a business;

  • Demonstrating experience with communication planning, meeting facilitation and management capabilities;

  • Demonstrating experience with Sharepoint, PPT, Jira, and PowerBi;

  • Working collaboratively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities which requires self-motivation, discipline, organization, and attention to detail;

  • Possessing creative problem-solving abilities to devise solutions to successfully deliver on the business goals;

  • Demonstrating experience or interest in data and/or AI governance and responsible technology;

  • Facilitating and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of leadership and staff;

  • Reporting results and facilitating problem resolution;

  • Building and maintaining relationships at all internal and external levels, peers to leaders including effectively navigating a complex matrixed organization; and,

  • Demonstrating proven ability to be organized and pay attention to detail.
