The Women's Consulting Experience (WCE) program is eligible to students who self-identify as female and 1) are currently enrolled sophomores in a four-year degree program or juniors in a five-year degree program, and 2) are not current or prior PwC interns.

Intern positions are entry level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year or a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year or a 5 year program. Interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Understanding of the software development life-cycle framework;
Demonstrating knowledge of programming languages;
Assisting with gathering and analyzing product requirements and implementing product design approaches;
Working collaboratively on teams with a variety of technical and non-technical skill sets;
Working with or exposure through courses in one or more of the following areas: Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Natural Language Understanding, and Database Systems;
Working with or exposure to scripting and programming in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, Node.js;
Working with or exposure to one or more of the following: sql/nosql databases, ML frameworks, software development environments and version control tools;
Using various digital assets available to staff and has familiarity with Your Tomorrow Program; and,
Embracing the majority of the Your Tomorrow digital upskilling opportunities and assets.
