You’ll focus on engaging and hiring the most promising college students from campus and university. You’ll build on campus relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business.
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
Train, coach, and supervise staff
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Developing and executing a virtual recruiting strategy, preferably for a global network of professional services firms;
Leading virtual recruiting activities for digital, talent outreach and apply, which requires consistent interaction with students, faculty, and career services for assigned colleges and universities, including virtual presentations and networking events;
Leveraging available technologies, such as Handshake and Yello to establish and maintain relationships;
Understanding and utilizing recruiting-related systems, technologies and protocols; and,
Performing recruiting activities consistent with OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a virtual Campus Recruiter including the following areas:
Branding and marketing the firm as an employer of choice to attract and identify talent from campus;
Managing virtual relationships with faculty, career centers and students at assigned schools;
Developing and maintaining a targeted pipeline of talent resulting in diverse background and skills of hires per school;
Building and managing candidate flow through the utilization of recruitment technology, such as a CRM and/or ATS, to collaborate with talent acquisition peers;
Maintaining compliance with firm and government policies and protocols, and reporting progress/results to firm leadership;
Screening and qualifying entry-level job seekers virtually across a broad range of positions/business units to recommend to candidates appropriately;
Acting as consultant, collaborating with an assigned Client Service School Champion, to build long-term, strategic digital sourcing plans;
Maintaining working relationships with Client Service in Assurance, Tax, and Advisory, business recruiters, market talent ID teams and HR colleagues, keeping them informed and appropriately involving them in select campus recruiting activities;
Developing and managing the budgets for digital recruiting sources; and,
Effectively managing campus activities and engagement to yield the highest return at assigned schools.
