PwC Endpoint Leader - Americas in Tampa, Florida

You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Technical Infrastructure and Transformation team assists PwC with information technology transformation efforts, helping us to improve our business value through optimising our information technology capabilities. You’ll help PwC understand, plan for, and realise strategic business opportunities in information technology.

This position will manage the Americas Endpoint team. This team is responsible for America's delivery of all Endpoint technologies. The team is part of the PwC Technology Global CTO organization. Setting the strategic direction of Endpoint Technologies (iOS/Android/Windows 10/Mac OSx/ChromeOS/VDI). Implementing new solutions across the Americas that are consistent across all territories. Working closely with the PwC Technology Global organization on direction and strategy for Endpoint.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Utilizing architectural design and engineering technologies including cloud, mobile, web, and automation;

  • Utilizing business acumen to interpret and translate goals into technical specifications delivering thought-leadership of specific technologies and driving technology change;

  • Leveraging business knowledge and interpersonal skills to build, maintain and influence relationships with senior leaders in IT and throughout the business;

  • Managing a diverse team covering many technology areas;

  • Establishing thought leadership on implementation of the Endpoint strategy of transitioning to the future state;

  • Understanding of Cloud computing, network routing, and management; and;

  • Deploying and managing of iOS/Android/Mac OSx/Windows 10 and Virtual Desktop Environments (VDI).

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Collaborating with enterprise architects, infrastructure engineers, and IT Operations to implement the infrastructure standards and designs;

  • Managing the development of current and future state Endpoint and the development of transition plans for moving to the future state environment;

  • Sponsoring projects, working with CTO and TSO to develop new standards and creating methods and processes to migrate infrastructure platforms to the new standards for their respective technical domains;

  • Collaborating where applicable with global standards communities, Infrastructure Engineering, and Service Delivery leads to develop and integrate global standards into infrastructure platform roadmaps;

  • Working with territories on setting standards and providing guidance for Endpoint Technologies;

  • Approving infrastructure product and platform roadmaps for aligning infrastructure enterprise architecture strategy of their respective technical domain (network or systems);

  • Developing business and internal client relationships to facilitate functional and cross-functional achievement of business and IT objectives; and,

  • Coaching and development of staff, providing feedback, identifying skill development opportunities and encouraging training and development.
