You’ll help our clients with application optimisation, strategic integration of custom packaged solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, and roadmap development.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in Product Engineering including the following areas:
Having proven experience in leading product engineering teams in B2C space;
Demonstrating thorough knowledge of technologies and how to leverage them to deliver industry leading products;
Demonstrating considerable knowledge of cloud computing, AI/ML, Data and Analytics, mobile and web technologies, DevOps and microservices architecture;
Developing cloud native applications providing consumer grade user experience Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and technologies;
Demonstrating ability with using strategic management and delivery methodologies to drive an agile delivery culture to organize, plan and carry out complex assignments;
Demonstrating thorough knowledge in Agile development concepts including SCRUM, LEAN, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework for enterprises (SAFe);
Demonstrating intimate knowledge of application delivery strategy that incorporates both delivery and application support, with a focus on prioritized functionality and user experience;
Demonstrating proven ability to use business skills (i.e. financial, resource, vendor, issue management, etc) to solve critical and strategic business technology issues;
Leading a product engineering organization in a hands-on leadership role, accountable for tactical, financial, and strategic outcomes of the organization based on delivery and operational needs;
Coaching and developing the team, including staff selection, engagement, development, retention, and performance;
Engaging with and/or leading high performing, agile delivery teams within a rapidly changing environment with employees, contractors and sourced resources;
Engaging with Technology and business leadership via support and ownership of functions and tasks when requested;
Demonstrating extensive and proven ability to lead staff in the delivery of projects and initiatives;
Participating in technology strategy and planning activities, bringing current knowledge and future vision of technology, processes, and industry leading practices as related to business requirements and industry trends;
Demonstratingi considerable ability to drive organizational initiatives for team;
Setting and adjusting priorities, removing barriers, and acting with an appropriate sense of urgency;
Collaborating with others to discover creative solutions to complex problems, which may require unique approaches, while maintaining standards and minimizing any risk to the firm;
Establishing application delivery efforts are focused on the user with continual focus on improving the experience of the application user;
Maintaining effective relationships and channels of communication with business sponsors and IT leadership including collaborating with senior level staff/partners in other departments and across IT domains;
Fostering working relationships in order to establish and promote a healthy cross organizational working model that includes the sharing of roadmaps;
Understanding and highlighting project work and initiatives across organizations; and,
Demonstrating intimate level of ability to identify and address gaps and missing functionality while honing a working model that will result in the optimal consumption of services.
