Demonstrates intimate abilities and /or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Collaborating with data owners to develop and implement key initiatives;

  • Driving communication to our stakeholders and various network Firms and global operation teams;

  • Managing and monitoring data attributes standards and definitions;

  • Overseeing the interaction of data requests from data owners to facilitate data consumption;

  • Defining data integration initiatives and remediation efforts for your teams in various data projects;

  • Developing programs and content to support local and global sharing across the network;

  • Remaining diligent in our efforts to secure data and information on behalf of our Firm;

  • Exhibiting skills around creating/conveying a value proposition (oral or written) including ability to identify the issue (prepare and listen), share insight, validate, co-develop a solution, and move to next steps;

  • Seeing long term impact of issues/ideas as they relate to PwC's strategic initiatives and objectives;

  • Possessing facilitation skills and the ability to coach/teach others;

  • Demonstrating written and verbal communication skills, including problem/conflict resolution skills;

  • Navigating and working effectively in a heavily matrixed organization;

  • Demonstrating SQL skills, scripting languages, knowledge of data quality tools, data profiling, data standardization and understanding of MS SQL tools;

  • Possessing experience working with Extract, Transform and Load, Enterprise Services Buses (ESB) and Web Service containers;

  • Having direct engagement with functional leaders/staff and LOS leader's/staff;

  • Driving direction and management of the day to day integration projects for all downstream system integration projects:

  • Possessing knowledge of outbound and inbound processing methodology with specific knowledge of message based protocols; and,

  • Demonstrating technical knowledge of MDM principles, ETL, Match & Merge, Search Tuning.
