Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Leveraging business consultative and presentation skills to work with territories and stakeholders of all levels;
Processing modeling with modeling tools (e.g. Visio) and understanding of related data concepts;
Applying and optimizing process flows from each territory,as well as how information is used for reporting;
Approaching to navigating various functional networks and leveraging relationships to find solutions and information;
Utilizing database concepts and analytical reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI);
Automating design principles and knowledge of RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, NICE or equivalent);Global PwC technologies such as ServiceNow, Source, Salesforce, iPower;
Managing priorities and collaborating across delivery teams;
Conducting needs and impact analysis on business data requests, and defining ways to link data, processes, and systems throughout the organization to achieve optimal efficiency and align information technology with business initiatives;
Managing, developing and coaching direct reports;
Creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, encouraging improvement and innovation;
Creating and conveying value propositions (oral or written), sharing insight, validating, co-developing a solution, and moving to next steps; and,
