PwC Human Capital Data & Analytics Business Interpreter in Tampa, Florida

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Financial Analysis and Reporting team is responsible for managing PwC’s financial risk through financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and tactical consulting. As part of the team, you’ll help with budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, shared services and financing.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of and/or record of success in developing solutions through analysis and visualization, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:

  • Partnering with other strategic groups to ideate and create analytical solutions to challenges posed due to business process or system changes or through business leader requests;

  • Utilizing business acumen within the strategic group to apply understanding of existing processes into innovative process improvement or analytical solution recommendations; and,

  • Understanding of Firm-wide technological resources, data visualization/automation tools, and awareness around how each resource is applied.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or record of success in developing solutions through analysis and visualization, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:

  • Demonstrating ability to work with multiple data sets across the organization to extract value added insights while structuring comprehensive evidence to support results;

  • Addressing the needs of the direct strategic group stakeholder, the Firm and other key stakeholders;

  • Leading and actively participating in special projects while aligning skill sets with overall project objectives; and,

  • Anticipating a range of possible solutions and opportunities, using research, analysis and consultation to reach sound conclusions.
