As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred skills

  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including:

  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles as applied to the support of and integration with key business and strategic priorities;

  • Working effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines;

  • Demonstrating proven success in Project management of region and/or global related projects;

  • Possessing ITIL Process Management knowledge to ensure compliance and use of global, regional and/or site defined processes;

  • Ensuring processes/people are in place to support area of responsibility;

  • Working knowledge of security requirements as related to user provisioning and privilege access management;

  • Possessing interpersonal skills with ability to interact with business partners/stakeholder, IT team members and senior management;

  • Demonstrating the ability leading teams in support of business process analysis efforts and educating others in the proper application of tools and techniques;

  • Working knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies;

  • Understanding project plans and ability to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines;

  • Driving continuous process improvement for SDLC, maintenance, application support, and Information Technology architecture;

  • Demonstrating experience with information security best practices;

  • Demonstrating proven ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking environment with communications skills & facilitation experience across all levels of leadership + Identity and Access Management Administrator + analytical problem-solving ability to analyze datasets and present in a format that facilitates senior management decision making;

  • Troubleshooting skills with networking and computer systems + Communication skills both verbal and written; Supervisory Experience, preferably in an IT role related to, with the responsibility of directing team member assignments and projects through to completion;

  • Being an innovative problem solver and self-starter with exceptional communication skills who drives root cause analysis and remediation;

  • Having genuine interest in continuous feedback, learning and growth opportunities;

  • Understanding of technology products and businesses supported;

  • Defining and implementing business process and supporting documentation such as Standard Operational Procedures; and,

  • Demonstrating experience with Identity & Access Management systems & tools.
