The Automation Lab within PwC Labs is focused on implementing intelligent process automation solutions that will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes across Tax, Assurance, Advisory, and Internal Firm Services. A successful Low Code Full Stack Developer with a blend of skills in business processes and technology as well as strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. This position will be customer-facing responsible for delivering business transformation & technology projects.

  • Directly supporting our Microsoft customers and resolving critical and complex technical issues in a 24x7x365 global support delivery team;

  • Utilizing deep technical and product expertise, and understanding our customer’s needs to solve complex business challenges;

  • Working with engineering teams to not only support but deliver solutions and new capabilities for our customers' most mission critical deployments.

  • Advocating for our customers when bringing issues to engineering teams and being a change agent to develop innovative solutions;

  • Identifying customer issues quickly and conducting in-depth diagnostics;

  • Participating in recruiting and ramping up a global support team;

  • Coaching/mentoring new hires & developing/presenting training;

  • Establishing a real-time readiness model by updating training & readiness content as cloud technology evolves;

  • Working with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives;

  • Owning, managing and driving program initiatives;

  • Supporting internal teams, customers and support teams throughout the project implementation phase;

  • Documenting solutions and maintaining best practices;

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Having proven expertise and hands-on experience with Azure, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), PowerApps (Canvas, Portal and Model Driven Apps), PowerAutomate, PowerBI and Dynamics 365 CE apps;

  • Architecting, designing and implementing multi-tenant, mutl-geos end to end enterprise solutions;

  • Understanding of Microsoft based technologies (server and client side), C# .NET Core based developments and associated technology stacks;

  • Working hands-on experience in ASP.Net MVC, pcf, DAX, CDS, Entity Framework;

  • Understanding of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

  • Designing and developing Javascript web applications using React JS, Express (Node.Js), CSS3, HTML5, Angular;

  • Understanding of source code version control, including the use of Git repositories;

  • Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) & Agile/Scrum methodologies;

  • Having knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js);

  • Developing middleware, integration and messaging systems using REST APIs and popular message bus platforms (e.g. RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus);

  • Possessing knowledge in Azure Cloud technologies, Azure Core Platform; Data Platform: SQL, Big Data technologies, Azure DB/storage;

  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, ML Ops and ML;

  • Utilizing CI/CD workflows using build and release automation in Jira;

  • Having experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.

  • Understanding of event-driven, asynchronous programming concepts and best practice application design principles;

  • Working with relational database design and querying using Synapse, PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL; and,

  • Understanding of NoSQL Databases and Serverless Architecture using Azure Functions.
