The HR Shared Services Center delivers transactional and strategic support across the entire human capital lifecycle. We are trusted advisors who deliver innovative and scalable human capital solutions. The team consists of 7 functional teams primarily based in Tampa, FL. The Third Party Labor Team manages the processes and policies for a contingent workforce by enabling the selection of resources and managing onboarding/offboarding with vendors and workers.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates thorough level abilities and/or proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

  • Understanding agencies and/or corporate recruiting;

  • Possessing knowledge in the vendor management system functionality, reporting functionality, and system workflow;

  • Sourcing, selecting, and managing contingent workers;

  • Demonstrating experience with MSP (Managed Services Provider) and VMS (Vendor Management System);

  • Partnering with key stakeholder teams to understand contingent worker business needs including labor forecasts, trends, and impacts;

  • Supporting the US firm business groups on the full life cycle process for Third Party Labor;

  • Engaging with managers on contingent worker requests and providing guidance on TPL processes and policies;

  • Providing a high level of customer focus as it relates to building a distinctive experience and performing issue management; and,

  • Managing external suppliers and their performance against expectations.
