Responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above

  • Be involved in the financial management of clients

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

  • Train, coach, and supervise staff

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

The Automation Curator Manager will lead a team responsible for developing solutions using automation technologies in support of the overall enterprise automation initiative. Responsibilities involve technical design, configuration & testing of automations, identifying reusable components, updating the technical environment, providing guidance on design, development, testing & maintenance of automation projects & utilizing best practices to ensure automations meet business requirements and targeted efficiencies.

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client/business needs including:

  • Extensive knowledge of the automation solution process and associated methodology to support colleagues through all phases of the automation delivery lifecycle

  • Working with leadership and managing a team in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored framework that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes

  • Identifying and communicating technical infrastructure requirementsDesigning automation process solutions in accordance with standard automation design principles

  • Manage configuration of new automation processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand

  • Supporting existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process

  • Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running of automation processes and provide timely solutions

  • Working within project planning constraints, communicated identified risks to the delivery manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process

  • Analyze, observe, and document multiple processes

  • Create and maintain Solution documentation

  • Extensive knowledge & understanding of Tableau, Alteryx, and UiPath

  • Apply existing knowledge to rapidly learn how to develop automated processes

  • Solve business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches

  • Ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience

  • Extensive ability to produce clear and concise documentation

  • Working within a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind

  • An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines

  • Extensive level problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error

  • Extensive understanding of various automation components and features available in automation tools and technologies

  • Extensive analytical skills and able to improvise configuration / coding to new situations

  • Ability to work closely with users and translating user requirements into solution designs.
