PwC RPA Expert - Digital Factory in Tampa, Florida

Our Global Delivery Model Services team is responsible for developing programs and initiatives directed at designing, developing, and implementing a robust Business Process Management Solutions Platform to enable effective scalability and sound management of PwC’s Global Delivery Model operations on a worldwide scale.

PwC's Digital Build Factory is a high-speed delivery engine, designed to implement end-to-end digital services at scale in order to eliminate hours, enhance quality for the firm, and commercialize digital products and automation technologies by leveraging our capabilities and digital resources across the globe. The RPA Expert will lead the design and implementation process for automation solutions using some of the leading RPA/RDA (robotics process/desktop automation) and/or other emerging automation technologies.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities and/or proven success with managing and addressing business needs including:

  • Understanding process improvement, familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.;

  • Working in full life cycle of automation solution implementation;

  • Presenting, writing and communicating in public and private meeting forums with business leaders;

  • Producing detailed support documents to match the solution designs and advising a team of functional consultants on aspects around delivery of the solution;

  • Assisting with the enablement of a centralized RPA/RDA operation to maximize ROI for on and off shore centers/organizations;

  • Understanding business requirements and converting them into automation solutions;

  • Delivering solutions that optimize processes across business strategies and technology capabilities; and,

  • Leading and mentoring junior RPA / Uipath developers.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:

  • Designing process workflows by using UiPath; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions, establishing quality;

  • Implementing automation process solutions in accordance with standard automation tool design principles and conventions;

  • Collaborating with Business Analysts for process identification and feasibility;

  • Performing proof of concepts to help the business recognize the feasibility of an automated solution;

  • Identifying and communicating the technical implementation requirements;

  • Gathering and understanding the requirements and identifying the business flow;

  • Developing bot’s using Flowchart and Sequence workflows;

  • Creating Macros to implement vlookup formulas and executing from UiPath;

  • Implementing industry leading practices for RPA work in code review;

  • Managing projects with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple portfolios;

  • Executing end-to-end development of Business Processes using UiPath Robotic Process Automation;

  • Problem-solving issues that arise in day to day running of UiPath processes;

  • Providing timely responses and solutions as required;

  • Staging and deploying the automation solution into test and live environments;

  • Demonstrating experience in using UiPath Credential Manager for maintaining, securing and retrieving the user credentials; and,

  • Demonstrating some knowledge/experience utilizing ABBYY Flexicapture as a data extraction tool in developing business use cases with that Platform.
