You’ll help our clients with application optimisation, strategic integration of custom packaged solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, and roadmap development.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in IT design recommendations, including the following areas:
Understanding in the field of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and related technologies;
Developing AI models in real-world environments and integrating AI/ML and other cloud services into large-scale production applications;
Applying AI/ML models in B2C space;
Designing, implementing, and consulting with Enterprise applications;
Understanding of MEAN stack, Hybrid Mobile Apps using Ionic that can scale to millions of users;
Solving technical problems and guide teams through difficult technical challenges;
Contributing production ready code, conduct code reviews and establish design patterns, APIs and microservices;
Taking products from concept to implementation with multiple customers;
Understanding of how to architect and deploy secure and robust applications in a cloud infrastructure;
Understanding of cloud Services such as storage, serverless compute, document DB, container based deployment and kubernetes;
Understanding of software development in languages like Java, Python, Scala and experience working with RESTful API and general service-oriented architectures;
Leading complex efforts within established Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, kanban, SAFe and others);
Leading architectural and engineering reviews of proposed IT investments/solutions to determine the strategic alignment and technical soundness; and,
Offering seasoned advice on application solutions including assisting with planning and architectural design, development, resolution of technical issues, and application rationalization.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
Working on multiple high priority initiatives with external customers and stakeholders;
Forecasting resource utilization and capacity;
Establishing and maintaining a planning process to forecast project timelines and identify additional resource requirements;

Using business acumen to interpret and translate goals into technical specifications, delivering thought-leadership of specific technologies, and driving technology change;
Advising and influencing leaders on trends that could potentially affect the success of a function or business area;
